Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe that customers come first and delivering the best customer experience is our top priority. We have a large staff of professionals here at Total Performance who are absolutely committed to delivering a happy and pleasant experience to each and every one of our customers. We consider it a privilege to have an opportunity to serve our customers and we do not take lightly the responsibility of fulfilling orders in an accurate and timely fashion.

We're confident that when customers place an order with us, they will be satisfied with the quality of our products. However, if a customer is not satisfied with a certain product that falls under our return policy, they may return it with no hassle (please see our return policy for further details).

Price Match Guarantee

We are proud of the fact that we have the lowest prices on the market. To back this guarantee we have created a price match guarantee for certain products where the Price Match badge is present.

To be eligible for price match, customers need to contact us via email at sales@totalperformance.ca.

In order to be eligible for the Total Performance price match guarantee, customers will need to inform us of two things. First, the item in question for price match must be the same brand/product/model/finish etc. Customers must also provide us with a valid URL link of the product that you are requesting a price match for.

Processing customer orders at the lower match price is done at the discretion of Totalperformance.ca and is subject to evaluation using the terms and conditions below.

Price comparison includes merchandise selling price plus equivalent shipping methods and handling charges. Expedited shipping offers may not be available for price matched orders. The item also needs to be the identical product available for purchase from an authorized dealer and not a pricing error. This excludes manufacturer restrictions, rebates, liquidations, auction sites (such as EBay, Amazon, Craigslists, and Kijiji) coupons, promotional offers, employee discounts and membership club stores. Price match discounts cannot be combined with Total Performance promotional offers. We also reserve the right to not perform a price match against any erroneous price listing on this site or any other site. Please note that as a Canadian retailer we only price match the final price against other Canadian retailers and the product being price matched must be in stock with the competing Canadian business. This is due to ambiguous customs, duties, shipping, and currency conversion fees that cannot be accounted for properly when evaluating an American website.

Website Pricing

On rare occasions, erroneous price or availability listings may appear on our website or independently operated affiliate sites. While we apologize for the inconvenience such an error may cause, Totalperformance.ca reserves the right to correct inaccuracies at any time, with or without notice, and update any related orders.

Please be advised that when customers place an order, the credit card they provide will be charged immediately and not when the order is shipped out. This is because many of our products are build-to-order and therefore we need to receive payment in order to prevent loss from an order cancellation mid-build.

Shipping Policy

Shipping prices always depend on the parts ordered and the delivery location. All shipping prices displayed already include full insurance coverage.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Honesty is the best policy, and we always strive to be as straightforward as possible. Typically after a product is purchased, it normally takes 2-6 business days for customers to receive it (Canada wide). However, some products that are special orders may require additional processing days plus 2-3 weeks shipping period (shipment may take longer if being shipped to a remote area). Please contact us regarding any questions at sales@totalperformance.ca.

What are special orders?

Under some unique circumstances, customer orders can qualify as a "special order". A product may be rare or unique and therefore we may not have it in stock at the time of ordering. Regardless, shipping is still absolutely free. When an order qualifies as a "special order", we contact the manufacturer directly and request the desired product. As we ship from several warehouses and distribution centers across the country, it is not possible for us to display our live inventory.

For this reason, customers may not know if the order is a "special order" right away. Nevertheless, we always inform customers when their order qualifies as a "special order" before the order is placed and any payment is processed. The time it takes to deliver the product to the customer depends on the time it takes the manufacturer to build the product and send it to us (the customer will usually see the product at their door within 10-15 business days, but that may not always be the case). We try our very best to keep the customers updated throughout the entire process right up to the moment when the product is delivered to the customer. If the customer changes their mind and wishes to return the product, we will be unable to provide a refund as the product was not part of our initial inventory and had to be specially requested from the manufacturer. However, if a product arrives damaged, defective or does not fit the customer's vehicle (when we said it would), we will replace the product with a an equivalent without any additional costs. If an equivalent product does not exist, we will refund the purchase.

Will my shipping order be insured?

Yes, all products shipped from us are fully insured at NO extra cost to customers. This is just another way to ensure our customers are completely satisfied!

How can I rush my order?

If customers require express/expedited shipping, they may contact us at sales@totalperformance.ca, and we will accommodate any request (additional shipping charges will apply).

Is "free shipping" really free?

Yes, there are no additional fees whatsoever for any of the products marked with a "Free Shipping" label as shown on the "Select Shipping Destination" dropdown. However, for oversize items or for shipments to certain remote locations that our shipping courier does not have easy access to, we may charge an additional fee.

Please note that free shipping means that we incur the shipping expenses. In the event of a return, customers will be responsible for the shipping charges back to us and will be reimbursed the product price minus the shipping expense we originally incurred (unless there was an error on our part and/or the product was damaged). Please see our return policy for further details.

Do we ship to a P.O box?

Most of our products cannot be shipped to a P.O Box. We deal with each order on a case by case basis. In the event that customers only have a P.O Box address there are solutions such as shipping to the nearest shipping courier station or an alternative address. Please give us a call for more information, as each situation varies.

Local Pickup

What is local pickup?

Local pickup is a means for all customers within the Toronto area to pick up their order without having to pay shipping fees at our local pickup location. Please keep in mind that local pickup may not apply for all products.

Are all items available for local pickup?

No, if the "Local Pickup" option is not present in the "Shipping Destination" dropdown menu then we do not offer local pickup for that particular item.

How does local pickup work?

Once customers purchase a product and specify "Local Pickup" they will be required to wait for a confirmation email by us specifying that the order is ready to be picked up. Typically, the order will take 2-3 business days before being available to be picked up.

When picking the order customers will be required to bring the order invoice and one piece of government identification. This is to ensure that we provide the correct product to the correct customer.

Where is the local pickup location?

Our current affiliated local pickup location in Toronto is Too Fast Motors. They are located at the following address:

What are the hours of operation for local pickup?

Too Fast Motors has the following business hours:

Monday - Friday: 10am- 4pm (Eastern Time)
Saturday- Sunday: Closed

How do I return a product that was purchased using the local pickup option?

Step 1: To place a return customers must first contact us at support@totalperformance.ca so that we are informed of the return request. Customers must provide name, contact number, order invoice #, and reason for return.

Step 2: Once we confirm the return request we will require customers to drop off the product(s) at our local pickup (PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING ORDER INVOICE). The product must be in original packaging and not used (please refer to our return policy below for further details of what qualifies for a return).

Step 3: Once customers have returned the product at our local pickup location, we will need to be notified of the return. After confirming the return at our affiliated local pickup location, we will issue a complete reversal of funds via PayPal (this may take 2-3 business days).

Are there any restocking fees/other fees when returning via local pickup?

No, there are no restocking fees or any other associated fees for all local pickup products. We have a 30 day NO HASSLE return policy upon receipt (excludes any FRP body kits and FRP parts, and HSD coilovers) as long as the product is not used, damaged or altered in any form.

Currency Conversion Policy

As we are a Canadian based company we accept all payments in Canadian funds. However, we use a currency conversion tool on our website to guide our customers to the approximate estimate of the Canadian price in their selected currency. Please remember that all non-Canadian buyers can still make purchases on our site using their conventional credit cards. Some foreign credit cards companies may charge a conversion fee, we recommend that customers check with their financial provider for more information. Total Performance is not liable for any fees charged by credit card companies. Please note that although only a few credit card companies charge such fees, it's always good to check.

While all care has been taken in making available and maintaining the currency conversion rates displayed on this website, such conversion rates are estimates only of currency conversions that may apply to a transaction. These rates are provided for information purposes only without express or implied warranty. The currency conversion rates should not be relied upon as actual currency conversion rates that may be applied to any particular transaction as such rates will frequently fluctuate over time and vary between various financial providers.

Large Orders

Some orders over $3500 cannot be fulfilled via credit card. If your order is over $3500 and cannot be fulfilled via credit card, one of our representatives will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method. Please note that return policies for such orders may differ from our standard return policies (the representative will confirm the details with you if applicable).

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

Certain manufacturers stipulate a minimum advertised pricing policy. This prevents us from pricing these products any lower than what you see on the website. If we were to discount these products, our customers would no longer be protected by the manufacturer's warranty on these products. We would also lose our status as authorized retailers. If you see a MAP product advertised for lower on another website, that retailer is not authorized to sell that product and you will not receive the manufacturer's warranty when you purchase from them.

Return Policy

We have a 30 day NO HASSLE return policy upon receipt (excludes Megan Racing Products, FRP body kits and any FRP products) as long as the product is not used, damaged or altered in any form. Customers only pay for the returned shipping cost of the item and the cost of shipping we incurred when sending out the item initially. We will not charge customers restocking fee unlike other companies (excluding rims which include a 20% restocking fee, Thule products which have a 50% restocking fee and HSD coilovers with a 25% restocking fee)!

Customers may contact us should they choose to return or exchange merchandise (this applies for local pickup sales as well). This will prevent confusion and allow us to make arrangements for the merchandise to be returned. Returned merchandise must include all original packaging, paperwork, and must be packaged properly to avoid shipping damages. Please note that no returns will be accepted on any Canadian FRP products, body kits or special order items due to the size and nature of these products. If the customer requests an order be re-shipped, the additional freight and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. In addition, all shipping costs related to a return are the responsibility of the consumer. Returned merchandise that does not arrive in appropriate condition will not be refunded in full or at all. Customers should be sure they truly want something before placing an order.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

We all know that accidents happen from time to time. Not to worry, all shipments are fully insured at no extra cost. If a product arrives defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, customers should contact our customer service department as soon as possible. They should fully inspect the product and if the product is damaged or faulty in any way they should not attempt to use or install the part! We are not responsible for any installation fees customers incur under any circumstances.

Since every situation is different our team will assess each situation and will find a unique solution that will completely satisfy the needs of our customers. This may include a refund or replacement of the order depending on the customer's preference.

Please note that shipping couriers do not cover small damages (minor cracks/hair line cracks) caused to fiberglass items during shipping. The Fiberglass parts can be repaired easily (at no cost) by a professional installer in the process of refinishing/prepping/priming before installation!

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to select the correct year/make/model when ordering a vehicle-specific product. If the customer selects the wrong year/make/model, they can always return the product within 30 days but they will be charged the initial shipping fee we paid to get the product to them plus the return shipping fee. Also, please be advised that items marked as "universal fit" do not necessarily fit every vehicle. It is solely the customer's responsibility to ensure that any items marked as "universal fit" actually fit their vehicle. If customers order a universal product that doesn't fit their vehicle (without confirming fitment with us), they may return it within 30 days but will be charged the initial shipping fee we paid to get the product to them plus the return shipping fee. On the other hand, Total Performance will take full responsibility for any incorrect information on the website regarding vehicle-specific fitment and replace the item free of charge.

Incorrect Product Images

Please note that product images do not always reflect the products included in the order as some product images are generic images provided by the manufacturer. Customers must ensure that the part they want is correct by referencing the part number. If customers order a product that doesn't look like what they expected, they may return the product within 30 days but will be charged the initial shipping fee that we paid to get the product to them plus the return shipping cost.

Free Shipping

For the select products that fall under the "Free Shipping" label, Total Performance is essentially paying for the shipping cost. In the event of a return the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees back to Total Performance and we will be reimbursed the difference between the product price and the original shipping fee which was incurred. Please understand that free shipping is a cost that is incurred by Total Performance as a gesture to help customers save. However, if customers receive a wrong or defective item they will be reimbursed the entire amount.

Installation of Body Kits & Aerodynamics

All body kits are manufactured with fiberglass unless otherwise noted. Due to the material used in production, the body kits will NOT be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, cutting, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, the customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. It is HIGHLY recommended that a body shop with custom fiberglass body skit experience performs the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered.

Back Order Policy

If an item is out of stock (which rarely occurs), customers will have the option of a full refund or wait 1-5 weeks for the item to be back in stock. Should an order get backordered, customers will contacted immediately via email or phone. If the backorder isn't cancelled customers will receive a FREE GIFT COUPON for a future purchase along with the order. It is our way of thanking customers for their patience and showing how much their time and loyalty is valued.

Privacy Policy

Any information obtained from customers in the process of fulfilling orders will not be shared with any 3rd parties.

Total Performance guarantees that all transactions placed on the website will be secured by GeoTrust SSL certificate as it is committed to keep customers information confidential and secure.

Total Performance is not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from its website nor the information or content contained therein. Often links to other websites are provided solely as pointers to information on topics that may be useful to the users of the Total Performance website. Please remember that when customers use a link to go from Total Performance's website to another website, Total Performance's privacy policy is no longer in effect. Customer browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to the Total Performance website, is subject to that website's own rules and policies. Please read over those rules and policies before proceeding.

Warranty/Liability Policy

All products sold by Total Performance are sold as is to the customer. Total Performance does NOT offer warranties on any of the products sold. If a warranty is offered by the manufacturer, customers will need to contact the manufacturers directly and Total Performance will gladly assist customers reach the manufacturer. All products sold by Total Performance are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. Total Performance is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations or government laws, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is at the customer's discretion. Total Performance will not be responsible for the customer's actions.

Taxes and Duties

Customers are not charged customs or duties for any products. Canadian customers may be required to pay Canadian taxes on selective products available on the Total Performance website. Once an item is processed through checkout, applicable tax rates are calculated according to the province inputted in the province field. Please note Canadian customers will not be charged any customs or duties on all Rennen International wheels. However, they may be required to pay applicable Canadian taxes upon delivery.
